My name is Chris Potter and I have been married to my beautiful, lovely, and talented wife Heather for almost three years. We have a baby boy on the way, Micah Joseph, due on March 25. I am a sports nut at heart and love watching the Seahawks, Mariners, and Blazers. I have been in full time ministry for the past 4 years. I currently attend Multnomah Bible College and am pursuing a degree in MInistry and Leadership, and afterwards I hope to move on towards my Masters of Divinity. I am very passionate about reaching the next generation with the love and hope of the Gospel and also biblical literacy in the church. Presently I serve as the Pastor of Student Ministries at Kessid Church and oversee our weekly student ministry, Pillar. I am basically a big kid at heart, and I love hanging out with and investing in students. I have been blessed to have a wonderfully close family that I enjoy spending time with on a regular basis. On top of playing sports, I also enjoy reading and spending time with friends. Heather and I enjoy travel and have been blessed to do quite a bit of it in the last couple of years. Having spent the first 21 years of my life apart from the Lord, it is my hearts deep desire and calling to follow Jesus faithfully and to help to encourage and equip faithful Christians who love and steward well the relationships and resources that Jesus has blessed them with.
