We have several great ministries currently at Kessid Church. Below you will find a brief overview of each ministry at Kessid.
Children’s Ministry
Director: Keith Walther
Kid’s Clubhouse is for children ages 5-14 and features a safe, loving and nurturing environment. Clubhouse features Rock Wall Sunday the first Sunday of every month, and Swim Sunday on the second Sunday of every month.
Discipleship at Kessid includes Bible Studies, Small Groups, and Mentoring.
Technical Arts
Director: Andrew Owen
This vital ministry operates the sound and media needs for Kessid.
Volunteers
Director: Faune Popplewell
The majority of Kessid is run by a dynamic group of volunteers. We have positions open for all skill and commitment levels.
Creative Arts
Director: Heather Potter
We serve a creative God! It is our passion to incorporate many forms of art and media into our directors to express the many facets of the great God we serve.
Missions Ministry

Men deserve a place they can be authentic, learn, grow and have community. Our Men’s Ministry strives to be this place for men in our community.

The soul of a woman is beautiful and complex! Women’s ministry seeks to help nurture and encourage women to reach their full potential as daughters of Christ.
Graphics/Web
Director: Erin Clinton
The Graphics and Web department creates and produces the paper media, and the website for Kessid Church.
Events/Communications
Director: Heather Potter
At Kessid we enjoy having events! There is much planning and organization that happens to create a great event, so we believe that an events director is imperative. Communication is vital to any organization!
Worship
Director: Sean Batterberry
Worship through music is a beautiful way to praise God. We have multiple teams and are always looking for musicians!
Finance
Director: Keith Walther
Integrity and transparency are two values we hold in high esteem in our finances at Kessid. We are careful to plan, track, save and spend all money that comes in.
